Our bride, Emma.

This is our real bride, Emma and her new husband. Emma is wearing her dream custom modest wedding dress finished with square neckline, puffy sleeves and bow details.

Meet our real #BitsyBride, Emma. Emma purchased her perfect wedding dress at our shop, Bitsy Bridal in Salt Lake City, Utah. Emma needed an LDS modest wedding gown, so she chose to have our in-house alterations team transform it for her.

First, once her wedding dress arrived, Emma had a first fitting consultation with our team. Then, she had multiple fittings to make sure her custom modest wedding dress was perfect.

Lace details are hand placed on her bishop sleeves. More lace is added to the shop to cover the cap sleeve break on her wedding dress.

Emma chose to add long sleeves, a square neck wedding dress, and bows at the waist and wrist to her perfect modest wedding gown. Then, she chose to trickle the lace appliques down the custom long puffy sleeves on her bridal gown.

Take a look at how Emma’s dress started:

As you can see, Emma’s dress did not start out modest enough for LDS standards, but our team specializes on making almost any dress modest.
