This stunning bride wore Style 3662 by Lazaro for her special day. Lazaro is well-known for doing a spectacular job at glamorous and glitzy wedding gowns. This particular gown is no exception! Sheridan worked with our seamstress to create her customized vision by making her Lazaro modest.
Style 3662 began as a sleeveless ballgown. The v-neckline gives a plunging illusion with the sweetheart lining underneath. This beautiful gown has a show stopping low back that tapers off into a V at the top of the waist. This entire gown is made up of signature Lazaro glitter fabric. A thick horse hair trim edges the hem of the gown to give a polished off look. Any bride is sure to feel like a princess in this beautiful fabric and silhouette. Sheridan opted to wear the classic ivory on her big day, but this gown is also available in champagne.
Take a look at how this gown began.
Sheridan worked with our seamstress, which is now our in-house alterations team to create her customized modest vision. First, we began by removing the bodice to create a new pattern that fit the idea of what she wanted. We then created a raised neckline and completely filled in the back. Next, we created long sleeves out of the same glitter fabric, that stopped at the wrist-bone. This was more complimentary to Sheridan’s wedding season. Finally, we hemmed the gown to her height and added bustles.
This beautiful bride wore “Gigi” from Enchanting by Mon Cheri. This collection has a variety of styles that are able to meet the needs of brides from classic to boho, in a great price point. Gigi is a beautiful example of a style with a little bit more edge. This beautiful nude bohemian wedding gown is perfect for an outdoor location.
Gigi looks stunning as a fit to flare gown that features a plunging v-neckline. The halter-like straps allows for some bust support and coverage. The straps button in the back and transform into a gorgeous keyhole back. Gigi’s bodice is kept unlined for those brides who are looking to show more skin. If you are not one of those brides, this can be fixed within alterations for those who want more modesty. The focal point of this gown is the floral appliqués and 3D flowers. This beautiful detail is concentrated around the bodice, and then trickles down the skirt. Finally, Gigi ends with a sweep train, perfect for an outdoor venue.
Here is how Gigi begins.
Hannah opted to keep the majority of Gigi the same as the original during alterations. However, she did work with our in-house alterations team to add a few personalized details. She decided to close the neckline up a little bit to give more support and coverage. Then, our seamstress did a few adjustments to have this gown fit Hannah perfectly. This radiant bride wore Amanda by Nouvelle Amsale. This collection stems from the well-known Amsale brand, but sits at a lower and more budget friendly price point. Both Nouvelle Amsale and the Amsale name are well known for their simple wedding gown designs. They do an incredible job at capturing timeless and classic beauty within their gown. Amanda is a beautiful example of this clean and simple look.
Amanda is stunning as a sheath gown that features a deep v-neckline and floral lace sleeves. The crepe fabric elevates the cleanliness and simplicity of this gown. The princess seams sewn into this fabric and the plunging v-neckline allows a bride to show off her best curves. The hand appliquéd floral cap sleeves are a breathtaking addition and add a bit of personality to this gown. The lace clasps together at the base of the neck, and creates a brilliant keyhole back.
Courtney opted to keep this gown nearly to its original form. However, she did work with our in-house alterations team to create her perfect fit. She simply needed a few nips and tucks, as well as a hem. Although Courtney only used our services for simple alterations, we can transform wedding gowns into customized pieces of art. To talk to any of our stylists about our services and alteration options, please contact us.
Courtney decided to pair her gown with a simple one-layer veil to complete this classic style. However, Amanda can be easily glammed up with statement jewelry, or a long veil.
This beautiful bride wore “Pepper” from Blush by Hayley Paige. Blush expresses the same designs that Hayley Paige is known for, but at a more cost effective price point. Pepper fits the mold of being edgy, but with classic bridal vibes.
Pepper features a bodice made from Hayley Paige’s gorgeous Marrakesh beading fabric. The sweetheart neckline and low back have a scalloped detail that gives a feminine look. The straps are a delicate spaghetti strap that run into the low V-shaped back. The ivory Marrakesh beading stops at the natural waist and then is followed by a full tulle skirt. This tulle is cut into cascading layers and edged with horsehair trim.
Maiya decided to keep Pepper in its original form. However, the sample gown she purchased was several sizes too big for her. She worked with our in-house alterations team to resize this gown and have it fit her perfectly. During this process, we needed to take in the bodice by several inches. This task required our seamstress to bring it in and rematch the beading patterns. This gave the gown a finished look, and masked the fact that this gown was once too large. Once the bodice fit her correctly, we were able to focus on hemming the gown to her height. Maiya opted to not add anymore details to her gown.
This beautiful bride wore Calais by Aire Barcelona. Aire Barcelona is a designer who does an excellent job at taking classic details and adding a Spanish flair to it. Calais showcases this attention to detail in a wonderful way. The illusion back on this gown is a show-stopping addition to this dress.
Calais features a large illusion back that is the focal point of this gown. Lace appliqués were placed over the illusion tulle, which gives a tattoo-like effect. This illusion back ends just above the hips and mimics a large open-back feel. The sweetheart neckline sits atop an illusion tulle, therefore, it gives the opportunity for appliqué placement across the chest and up the shoulders. Calais’ lace bodice stops about mid hip, and then trickles into subtle lace placement. The flared skirt of Calais is made out of a tulle material to give movement to Calais. The buttons down the back give a beautiful finishing touch.
Maci opted to keep this stunning gown in its original form. She only needed a few minor touch-ups to make this gown fit her like a glove. However, our in-house alterations team can modify any gown to turn it in to your dream wedding dress. Whether that be a simple nip and tuck or a full modest build up.
Take a look at how amazing Maci looks in her gown during her bridals with the salt flats as background, done by Emli Photography.
Unfortunately, we no longer actively carry Aire Barcelona designs. However, we do have a few remaining samples and similar styles available. If you are looking for a lace fit to flare gown or a gown with a large open back, schedule an appointment to see our full collection and find your dream wedding dress.
This gorgeous bride wore “Elsa” by Lazaro. Lazaro does an incredible job with heavy beading and glitter fabrics. Elsa embodies this work perfectly. Lauren worked with our in-house alterations to create her very own modest Lazaro gown.
Elsa begins as a sleeveless ballgown in a stunning checkered net glitter fabric. The sculpted v-neckline and natural waistline together create a delicate bodice. This compliments the low scoop back very well. Finally, the spaghetti straps are detailed with crystal embellishments This look is finished off with a chapel length train.

Creating a modest Lazaro
Lauren was wowed by the sparkle of this dress and knew it would fit perfectly into her princess vision. She began working with our in-house alterations team to make sure this gown would be temple ready. Firstly, our seamstress began by removing the bodice and recreating a brand new look. This included changing the neckline into a higher v-neck and completely filling in the back. Then, we added long sleeves to the bodice, which came to a point just below the wrist bone. Both the neckline and the sleeves were finished off with a pearl trimming. Lauren added a cummerbund in the same fabric to extenuate the smallest part of her waist. Finally, the entire look was tied together with crystal buttons that followed the length of her gown.
Lauren accessorized with a sparkle necklace and earrings. She decided to amp up her fairy-tale look by adding sparkle shoes and a matching tiara. Finally, she added a customized cathedral veil made out of the same fabric as her gown. Lauren truly looked like a princess come to life during her wedding day.
This magnificent bride wore “Wendy” by Kenneth Winston. This designer does a brilliant job at classic sparkle, and Wendy’s detail is tribute to that. With the help of our alterations team, Jill was able to wear a beautiful beaded modest dress.
This gown began as a sleeveless sheath gown with finger-width straps and a low rounded back. Wendy’s neckline mimics a sweetheart look, but has a mesh detail that gives it more of a v-neckline. This stunning gown is beaded throughout in a diamond pattern and radiates a Gatsby feeling. The entire look is finished off with a small train of the same gorgeous beading.
Take a look at how Wendy began.
Jill worked with our alterations team to turn this beaded beauty into a modest piece of art. Our seamstress needed to do a complete rebuild of the bodice to turn it into a modest wedding gown. When a bride needs a complete rebuild, we start by drawing out a design that works with her vision. Then, we build a rough model of the new bodice, once the bride approves we can begin attaching it to the skirt and adding the necessary embellishments. For Jill this meant creating a scoop back that sat high on the back and a v-neckline. Finally, Jill went with a small cap sleeve to complete this brand new bodice. The new creation was beaded with the same design and detail that the skirt has. With the help of our alterations team, Jill was able to wear a stunning beaded modest dress.
Tamara Jennings Photography did an amazing job at capturing Jill in her custom gown during her bridals.
Our gorgeous bride wore Juno from Wtoo by Watters. Watters and Wtoo’s styles range from clean and sleek to edgy and unique. Here at Bitsy Bridal, we carry both of these beautiful collections and have a variety of gowns to fit any bride’s budget or style. Savannah transformed this romantic gown into a stunning masterpiece featuring a modest lace bodice.
Juno began as a sleeveless gown with a plunging v-neckline. This illusion bodice is covered in floral lace appliqués that create an open back visual. Juno’s A-line skirt is multiple layers of English Netting. This material gives a soft and breathable look to this romantic gown. This gown is available in traditional ivory or latte. However, the latte color is one-of-a-kind and will stand out in nearly any venue. Juno also has the option of functional buttons to close the gown, or a zipper with decor buttons. If you like the sweetheart look, check out the modest version.
Take a look at Juno’s original form.
Savannah worked with our in-house alterations team to create her modest lace build up. We began by lining the entire bodice in latte fabric and then filling it in with floral lace appliqués. Because of this, we were able to create an entirely new scoop neckline. Finally, our seamstress created a cap sleeve. This gave the gown a chic look and made it temple ready. With the help of our seamstress, Savannah was able to create a personalized look for her special day.
Mikki Platt Photography did a fantastic job at capturing this beautiful bride and her modest lace gown. Take a look at some of her photos.
This amazing bride wore “Gemma” from Enchanting by Mon Cheri. Enchanting is one of our most budget friendly collections. Their style ranges from clean and classic to edgy and whimsical. Mon Cheri has a variety of options that will fit any style or location. Amy worked with our in-house alterations team to create her unique sleek modest wedding dress.
Gemma began as a sleeveless satin fit to flare gown. The bateau neckline features a small slit in the center. The high back is perfect for modesty and a chic look. The hand-beaded belt sits at the natural waist, which defines the best features of all brides. The chapel train finishes off this beautiful gown. Gemma all around is a very sleek and classic gown that is perfect for the sophisticated bride.
Take a look at how Gemma started.
Amy worked with our in-house alterations seamstress to turn this gown into a sleek modest wedding dress. We began by removing the hand-beaded belt from the waist. However, a thinner belt was added in its place. This belt still defined the waistline, but played more into Amy’s vision of her dream gown. Next, we added 3/4 length sleeves to make this gown temple ready. Our seamstress used the same satin fabric to create a cohesive look. Finally, small pearls and rhinestones were added to the edge of the sleeves. This small detail turned the sleeves into their own accessory and finished off this clean and classic look.
Raegan Christensen Photography did a stunning job at capturing this beautiful bride in her sleek modest wedding dress. Take a look at some of her photos.
This beautiful bride wore Juno by Wtoo on her special day. Watters designs the Wtoo collection and features the same incredible quality, at a budget friendly price-point. Allie worked with our seamstress to create her modest version of this stunning gown with fairy sleeves.
Juno originally begins as a sleeveless A-line gown with illusion tulle on the bodice. The illusion tulle creates an open back effect that gives Juno an airy feeling, while still being covered. The lace on the bodice is concentrated around the bust and waist, and then trickles up the straps and down the back. The deep plunging v-neckline is a beautiful focal point of the bodice. The English Netting on the skirt allows for a lot of movement and contributes to the airiness. Finally, a small satin ribbon sits at the waist and ties the look together. Juno comes in traditional ivory or latte.
Here is a look at how Juno began.
Creating a modest gown.
Allie worked with our in-house alterations team to build Juno up and make it temple ready. First, our seamstress recreated the bodice to cover garments. We began by filling in the plunging V and creating a higher v-neckline. Next, we lined the illusion tulle back with latte lining. This closed up the back for modesty, but was still cohesive in the overall redesign. Finally, we created custom fairy sleeves to add. The fairy sleeves were covered with matching lace appliqués that began at the shoulder and trickled down the arm. Allie opted to add a little extra flair and had a custom slit added to the skirt of her gown.
This wonderful bride wore Renee by Ella Rosa. Kenneth Winston designs the Ella Rosa collection. Similarly, this collection holds the same design integrity as the couture collection. Renee shows the beautiful work Kenneth Winston does. Hannah added to the beauty of this gown by adding modest long lace sleeves.
Renee begins as a column gown with a floral lace pattern throughout. The v-neckline is edged with a floral scallop that continues up into the sleeves. The cap sleeve is created on a see through mesh, which follows into the back. This same mesh is used to give the illusion of an open back. The beautiful floral lace edges the back opening. Buttons finish this look, and run down the length of the back to the middle of the skirt. In addition, Renee comes with an optional belt, that adds a bit of sparkle to a classic gown.
Take a look at how Renee began.
Hannah worked with our in-house alterations team to build up this gown to be temple ready. Firstly, we began by filling in the see through back with ivory lining. The beautiful floral lace and buttons were still visible with this change. Our seamstress reconstructed the cap sleeves to compliment modest long lace sleeves. We added floral lace to the shoulders, which trickled down and throughout the sleeves. Finally, to finish off these lace sleeves, our seamstress added lace edging around the wrist bone. Hannah opted to wear the beaded belt during her bridals, which added a beautiful sparkle to her photos.
This beauty wore “Delta” from Blush by Hayley Paige. The Blush collection features the whimsical and edgy vibe that we love from Hayley, but at a budget friendly price point. Delta is an excellent example of Hayley Paige’s artistry. This gown is amazing in its original form, or with a customized keyhole back and straps.
Delta begins as a stunning A-line gown in complete Marrakesh Beading fabric. The gown features a deep, scalloped v-neckline with a small mesh insert for coverage. To complement this neckline, the spaghetti straps come to a T in the back. Finally, the back is finished off with a Marrakesh beaded butterfly at the clasps. This art-deco inspired gown has the color option of cashmere, or traditional ivory.
Take a look at how Delta began.
Pip worked with our in-house alterations team to customize the top and bring her unique design to life. Firstly, we began by raising the neckline to about mid-bust to provide more coverage. However, this new neckline still features the beautiful scalloped edging. Next, our team created a thicker strap. Like the neckline, the straps have been edged. This scalloped edge continues across the straps and down the back. Finally, we created a brand new keyhole back for Pip. This design flowed better with the new construction and highlights Pip’s stunning features. This new back ended just above the waist and featured a small clasp in-between the shoulders to close. Pip opted to keep the beautiful A-line skirt intact.
Abby Dell Photography did a stunning job at capturing this one-of-a-kind gown. Take a look at how radiant she looks!
This beautiful bride wore “Rosalind” by Ella Rosa. The Ella Rosa collection is designed by Kenneth Winston, and his elegant flair shines through. Rosalind is stunning combination of two well known features in bridal and becomes a beautiful lace and beaded wedding gown.
Rosalind features corded Alencon Lace over a layer of Chantilly Lace. The Alencon Lace begins as a heavy lace on the bodice and trickles down the skirt to show off the Chantilly lace underneath. This breath-taking double layer of lace is a showstopper in any venue or setting. However, this style is breathtaking in Bryndi’s Log Haven venue. Rosalind’s v-neckline has a sweetheart lining that will compliment all brides and their best assets. The stunning low back shows off a see-through layer of lace that gives the illusion of a larger open back. The spaghetti straps of this gown bring a delicate feeling to the construction of Rosalind. Finally, the details on this gown are stunning! The beading is placed throughout the top layer, and sparkles in all angles. The buttons down the back finish off the entire look. This beaded wedding gown is one-of-a-kind in its details and construction.
Bryndi decided to keep Rosalind in its original form. However, she worked with our in-house alterations to get this gown to fit her perfectly. Our alterations team’s talents range from a complete build up to a nip and tuck. Any bride can find what they are looking for during our in-house alterations.
Our stunning bride wore Style 7704 by Ti Adora. This designer is in the same design house as Hayley Paige and Lazaro, and follows the same attention to detail, and certainly the attention to detail shines through in this gown! Kaitlyn worked with our seamstress to create lace sleeves and turn this beauty into a temple-ready gown.
Style 7704 begins as a sleeveless trumpet gown. The beautiful cashmere lace is embroidered with a subtle design that gives this gown a dimensional look. The sweetheart neckline is trimmed with lace detailing, which continues on into the back. The spaghetti straps on Style 7704 give a dainty feel and make the open back a focal point. Eyelash lace edges around the hem and train. This detail finishes off the feminine aspects of Style 7704.
Take a look at how this gown looks before alterations.
Kaitlyn worked with our in-house alterations team to create her modest dream dress. Firstly, we began by building up the neckline to fit garment lines. Meanwhile, we filled in the open back to make this gown temple-ready. Finally, we created customized long lace sleeves to turn this gown into a modest piece of art. We used the same cashmere lace to create a sleeve that hit at Kaitlyn’s wrist bone. The lace sleeves were completed by adding the same eyelash lace detail that can be found on the train. This small detail finished off the build up and created a cohesive look throughout the gown.

This amazing bride wore “Mikey” by Mikaella. This Canada-based designer does a spectacular job at creating looks that radiate timeless and elegant. This modest bride wanted to step up the elegance and worked with our alterations team to customize this gown and create long lace sleeves and a modest bodice.
Mikey originally starts as a V-neck bodice with gathered mesh tulle around the bust and a sheer Guipure Lace midriff. Spaghetti straps support this gown, and meet in a near V-shape down the open back. The gathered multi-tear skirt is made up of English netting and edged with a two-inch horsehair trim. A small fabric belt is cinched around the waist to give a sense of transition between the bodice and the skirt.
Here is how Mikey began.
Bayley worked with our seamstress during alterations to create her customized modest look. She kept the look of the gathered mesh, but built it up into a temple-ready neckline, that mimics the original neckline. Then, our seamstress created long lace sleeves using the same Guipure Lace as the bodice. We also took this lace and filled in the back. Finally, the bodice was lined with an ivory lining to cover up any of the sheer aspects, but the sleeves were kept exposed to give more dimension to the gown. Bayley removed the fabric belt and replaced it with a small sparkle belt. This belt adds a little bit of flair to this look.
While the photographer is unknown, they did a fantastic job at capturing Bayley in her stunning one-of-a-kind wedding gown. Take a look at her photos to see the amazing work and her jaw-dropping backdrop.
