Our real Bitsy Bride, Charlotte, chose a modest lace crepe gown to wear on her wedding day. Her gown is from the designer Mikaella and features a cap sleeves, a full lace back, and a crepe fit and flare skirt. Her gown is from our shop, Bitsy Bridal, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Charlotte custom ordered her lace crepe gown from Mikaella. Her custom order included the fully lace back and cap sleeves to keep the gown modest. Mikaella is a wonderful designer to make custom changes. Their customizations are reasonably priced and impeccably done. Our in-house alterations are another option for brides, but because she lives in California, it was easier for Charlotte to do the customization with Mikaella.
The skirt of Charlotte’s wedding dress is made of crepe. Mikaella’s crepe is lightweight and molds to the body beautifully. Then the skirt is fit and flare shaped. This further highlight’s the bride’s figure. The gown is very flattering because of this lace and crepe combination.
